REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The following Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Refund Policy") serves as a binding agreement between FNDX CORP LIMITED (the "Company", "FundeXprop", "we", "us" or "our") and you, the user ("Trader" or "Customer"). This Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and conditions under which any refund may or may not be processed. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Refund Policy. We encourage you to take your time and review this Refund Policy carefully to ensure that you are fully informed about your rights and obligations with respect to using the Services.

FNDX CORP LIMITED is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong that owns the rights to the FundeXprop brand and operates all business activities and the website at https://www.fundexprop.com/. Refund and cancellation operations are managed by FNDX CORP LIMITED. Actual payment refunds are processed by FNDX CORP LIMITED.

1. REFUNDS

1.1. 14-Day Refund Eligibility (No Trading Activity)

The FundeXprop Challenge fee is paid to enable you to access the FundeXprop Challenge or the Services provided under the FundeXprop Challenge. If the Customer hasn't executed any trades on their Challenge Account or FundeXprop Account, they may be entitled to a refund upon issuing a refund request to support@fundexprop.com, provided that such request is made within 14 calendar days from the date the FundeXprop Challenge fee was paid. Refund requests under this provision will be reviewed and processed by FNDX CORP LIMITED in accordance with applicable payment processing terms.

1.2. Cancellation of Registration

Sending a request for the cancellation of registration is considered a request for termination of the contract by the Customer, with the Customer no longer entitled to use the Services, including the trading platform. The Company will confirm receipt of the request to the Customer by e-mail, whereby the contractual relationship between the Customer and the Company will be terminated. Cancellation operations and any associated refunds are handled by FNDX CORP LIMITED.

1.3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Fees paid for accessing the Trading Challenge or related Services are non-refundable in the following instances:

  • The Customer cancels and/or deletes their Trader Portal or Dashboard.
  • The Customer requests cancellation via email after having placed trades.
  • The Customer terminates the use of Services prematurely after having executed trades.
  • The Customer fails to complete the Trading Challenge evaluation and/or Verification.
  • The Customer violates this Agreement, the Terms of Use, the Customer Agreement, or the Risk Management Policy.
  • The Customer breaches any terms and conditions after paying the fee.

In these cases, no refunds will be issued by FNDX CORP LIMITED, and access to Services will be revoked without compensation.

1.4. High-Risk Customer Identification

All sales of services made through FundeXprop are final and non-refundable if evaluation steps are not completed. If a Customer is identified as "high risk" by our payment processors, additional documentation or information may be requested by FNDX CORP LIMITED. Failure to provide the necessary documentation or information within 24 hours may lead to revocation of access. Submission of documents does not guarantee reversal of "high risk" status.

1.5. Unjustifiable Complaints and Chargebacks

If the Customer lodges an unjustifiable complaint or disputes paid fees with their bank or payment provider (chargeback, dispute, etc.), FNDX CORP LIMITED may immediately stop providing Services and refuse any future Services. No refunds will be processed in such cases.

1.6. Breach of Agreement

If the Customer engages in practices breaching the Customer Agreement or Risk Management Policy, FNDX CORP LIMITED may prevent access to Services without compensation. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

1.7. Conditions for Refund of Challenge Fees (Upon First Profit Split)

Customers who complete all evaluation phases and reach their first profit split day are eligible for a full refund of the originally paid challenge fee.

Example: A Customer who completes all evaluation stages after enrolling with a $99 challenge fee will receive a full refund once they reach their first profit split day.

Refunds are only possible if the Customer:

  • Meets all objectives of the selected challenge level.
  • Has not been disqualified before the first profit split day.
  • Adheres to all trading parameters and criteria.
  • Complies with Risk Management Policies and Trading Rules.

Customers may use refunded funds to join higher challenge levels and continue growing within the ecosystem.

2. PAYOUTS AND PERFORMANCE REWARDS

2.1. Payout Requests

Payout requests may be submitted every 14 days from when the account was awarded, or after a minimum of 5 days for instant-funded accounts. Processing may take up to 3 business days.

2.2. Payout Verification

Payouts will only be processed to payment methods owned by the Customer. Proof of ownership may be required.

2.3. Additional Documentation

If authenticity is suspected or required by regulation, additional documents may be required, potentially delaying payout.

2.4. Legitimacy Verification

FundeXprop will verify the legitimacy of the Customer's entitlement before processing a Performance Reward.

2.5. Invoice-Based Payment

Rewards are paid based on customer-issued invoices. Details must be correct and compliant with legal regulations.

2.6. Company Share Withdrawal

Upon payout processing, FNDX CORP LIMITED withdraws its share of the gains.

2.7. Withdrawal Options

Withdrawals are available in USDT via ERC-20, BEP-20, and TRC-20 networks. Minimum withdrawal is $100.

2.8. Profit Split Ratio and Payout Schedule

Profit splits follow the ratios defined on the website and in the Customer Agreement. Payout scheduling follows the defined payout cycle.

2.9. Reinvestment of Profits

Traders may reinvest profits to scale their capital. FundeXprop's share is deducted on each profit split day.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1. Methods of Payment

Customers may pay challenge fees using payment cards, cryptocurrency, bank transfers, or available methods on the website. Fees are denominated in USD but may be paid in other currencies. Currency conversions follow the exchange rates at the time of payment. Payments are processed by FNDX CORP LIMITED.

3.2. Payment Processing and Obligations

Payment card and express payments are completed immediately. The fee is considered paid when the full amount is credited to FNDX CORP LIMITED's account. Customers must ensure full payment including transaction fees.

3.3. Inclusive Service Charges and Tax Obligations

All service charges include applicable taxes. Customers must comply with all tax obligations related to the use of Services.

3.4. Fee Adjustments

FundeXprop may modify fees or Service parameters at any time. Changes do not affect Services already purchased.

4. TERMINATION

4.1. Termination by the Company

FNDX CORP LIMITED may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Customer:

  • Makes false or outdated representations.
  • Breaches any obligations under the Customer Agreement.
  • Engages in prohibited trading practices under the Risk Management Policy.
  • Trades inconsistently with defined parameters.
  • Exploits pricing errors or latency.
  • Trades based on insider or non-public information.
  • Jeopardizes relationships with Brokers.
  • Violates regulations or applicable law.
  • Uses third-party or off-the-shelf strategies marketed to pass assessments.
  • Passes an assessment using one strategy and trades live with another.
  • Arbitrages accounts internally or with third parties.
  • Engages in excessive trading for commission generation.
  • Spreads misinformation or false information publicly.

For ZERO accounts, termination may occur for violating zero-risk parameters, including hedging limits and single-direction trading rules.

4.2. Consequences of Termination

FNDX CORP LIMITED may suspend or terminate accounts, recover costs, or initiate legal proceedings in response to breaches. No refunds will be processed in these cases.

4.3. Termination Without Cause

FNDX CORP LIMITED may terminate this Agreement without cause at any time upon written notice.
